3. SMS/Text Messaging

MDX Line LLC uses SMS text messaging to communicate operational information to company drivers and staff. By providing your mobile phone number during the onboarding process, you consent to receive text messages from MDX Line LLC related to:

• Load assignments (pickup/delivery details, commodity, securement instructions)
• Safety alerts (driving events, compliance reminders, DOT inspections)
• Onboarding and welcome messages with company contact information
• Operational updates and schedule changes

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on operational needs, typically 5–15 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may opt back in by replying START or YES.

Our platform uses Twilio to facilitate voice calls between dispatchers, drivers, and operations staff. Call records (phone numbers, call duration, timestamps) are retained for operational and compliance purposes. Voice communication data is not shared with third parties except as required to provide the service.
